Cumin seed essential oil is a clear to pale yellow, light to medium consistency, spicy essential oil with a penetrating and spicy odour. It is derived from the seeds of Cuminum cyminum. It pairs well with spicy, citrus, floral, and woodsy essential oils.

3) Massage: Mix with a carrier oil to ease muscle tension
